I had such a good experience buying our Ioniq 5 here. I’ve never experienced such an accommodating car dealership. Ashley Hutton was prompt, friendly, and worked diligently to get us a dream car. Not only did we have the best customer service we got a financial deal that was significantly better than our local Hyundai dealership. They even delivered our new car 3 hours and 45 minutes to our home for free. Go on in and ask for Ashley you won’t regret it.
My purchase of a 2024 Santa Cruz was a very pleasant experience mainly due to Jacob Gibson, although new to the Friendship sales force, he is a real asset to the company. Jacob being new didn’t have every answer but he tracked down whoever he need to so that I had the answers I needed. Sometimes personality makes the sale, I’d recommend if you are looking to make a vehicle purchase then see Jacob, he is somebody that will make your experience much more pleasant.

Jacob Gibson made my car buying experience actually pleasant. Buying an automobile is one thing that I really dislike doing. It's always been a hassle. Our local Hyundai dealership wouldn't work with us. I contacted Friendship in Bristol, got the deal we wanted and had a great experience too. We drove over 2 hours in the snow and would do it again to deal with this place! Absolutely cannot recommend this dealership enough.
